Bible-Based Curriculum

Faith Christian Academy Hybrid Learning aims to provide a supportive and spiritually enriching learning environment for homeschool students, with Fleurise Davis leading the charge in ensuring a personalized and impactful educational journey.
Faith Christian Academy offers a hybrid learning program designed to support homeschool families. This program emphasizes a faith-based approach to education, combining online class instruction with home learning activities.
Fleurise Davis, the director of this program , brings experience in home education and a passion for nurturing students both academically and spiritually.
CURRICULUM: Faith Christian Academy Hybrid Learning utilizes Accelerated Christian Education curriculum, integrating academic excellence with biblical principles.
The ACE ( Accelerated Christian Education) curriculum is an individualized, self-paced, and mastery-based program designed for students from preschool through high school. It emphasizes a biblical foundation, character building, and personalized learning paths based on student's abilities. Students progress through workbooks called PACES (Packets of Accelerated Christian Education) at their own pace, and do not move on until they have mastered the material.
DIAGNOSTIC TESTING: New students are given a diagnostic test to determine their appropriate starting level in each subject.
PACES: The core of the ACE curriculum is the PACEs, which are self-instructional workbooks that guide students through the learning process. Each subject has 12 PACES per level.
STRUCTURE: Students attend online classes two days per week and complete home learning activities under parent guidance on other days.
SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT: We provide opportunities for socialization through group activities, field trips, and classroom interactions.

Fleurise Davis - Administrator
Mrs. Davis is a supervisor and administrator at Faith Christian Academy Hybrid Learning, profoundly dedicated to helping children overcome learning and behavioral challenges. With an extensive background in counseling and mediation, she provides the compassionate, expert guidance necessary to help every student thrive.
To further enhance this commitment, Fleurise is currently completing her doctoral degree (Ph. D.) in Educational Psychology to deepen her mastery of learning theories and evidence-based instructional strategies. This advanced expertise allows her to bring a deeper level of specialized support to the academy, directly benefiting our students through:
. Individualized Behavioral Help: Fleurise is available to work with children on a one-on-one basis, providing targeted intervention and behavioral support tailored to each child's unique personality and needs.
. Specialized Learning Strategies: By applying the science of educational psychology, she identifies the root causes of learning gaps and creates data-informed plans for academic progress.
. A Holistic Success Model: she integrates advanced social-emototional support with academic rigor to ensure students feel understood, supported, empowered to reach their full, God-given, potential.
Building on her 2021 certifications as an Administrator and Supervisor with Accelerated Christian Education, Fleurise is uniquely equipped to lead children to success through a research-backed, Christ-centered approach that honors each child's individual journey.
Jolie Davis - Monitor/Tutor
A former high school class valedictorian, Ms. Davis completed her associate degree with highest honors in 2025. She is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in nursing, with a specialized focus on psychiatric nursing and mental health advocacy.
With a strong academic background, Jolie offers comprehensive support across all core subjects, including mathematics, general science, and chemistry. Her transition into clinical studies allows her to provide unique insights into complex scientific concepts.
As a monitor, Ms. Davis is recognized for her patience, attentiveness, and strong leadership skills. Her nursing background makes her exceptionally skilled at maintaining a calm, focused environment while remaining approachable and empathetic to every student's needs.
Guided by her strong faith, Jolie views her role as a calling to serve others with integrity and compassion. This foundation ensures that every student is treated with dignity and encouragement, creating a supportive community where everyone can thrive. She is currently available for both group tutoring and personalized 1-1 sessions.
F. Marie Davis, Floating Tutor/Substitute
F. Marie Davis is a dedicated educator who brings both academic excellence and a deep-rooted faith to her role as a Floating Tutor/Substitute. A former high school valedictorian, she has always placed a high value on academic excellence. This dedication recently culminated in the completion of her bachelor's degree with honors and a year early in 2024. Beyond her impressive grades and scholarly achievements, Ms. Davis is an exceptional writer whose work is guided by her faith and a deep commitment to serve others. Whether she is stepping in for colleagues or mentoring students, her work is a reflection of her devotion and her desire to inspire excellence in everyone she encounters.
